Reconnect with your body and regulate your nervous system with this massage-focused facial using a custom blend of organic, professional-grade skincare that treats your skin as it is in the present moment. The custom blend includes: a thorough cleanse, exfoliation mask or nourishing mask, serum and moisturizer. A combination of techniques* including cupping, gua sha, far-infrared heat massage, myofascial therapy techniques and reflexology release physical tension in the face, scalp, neck, and shoulders, while lymphatic drainage clears stagnant extracellular waste and helps nourish cells from within. A selection of guided meditations address the emotional states (stress, fear of the unknown, creatively blocked, etc) that may be contributing to the physical tension *techniques will be selected according to what best suits your needs, but please feel free to make a request

This treatment is ideal for those experiencing TMJD, bruxism, or tension-related migraines. Your session begins with a calming body scan meditation as I gently massage a custom face cleanser to warm your facial tissues and ease tension in the neck and shoulders with targeted stretches and massage. Next, we’ll move to intra-oral work, releasing tight jaw muscles to create space and reduce tension in the face. A second cleanse with a gentle enzyme cleanser follows, offering light exfoliation, lymphatic support, and clearing any saliva stimulated during the treatment. The experience concludes with soothing lymphatic drainage, a relaxing scalp massage, Red LED therapy, and a customized mask to leave your skin calm and refreshed.
